The Role
What You'll Do
Build intelligent automations that combine business logic, data pipelines, and AI to solve real scaling challenges- Partner with Operations, Sales, Marketing and Customer Success to understand workflows and translate business needs into technical solutions Own the automation stack from data ingestion and processing to AI integration and user interfaces Design data-driven processes that eliminate manual work and improve decision quality across the organization Maintain and evolve existing automations as business needs change and scale Move fast we're a startup, and you'll need to balance speed with quality to keep pace with growth
What We're Looking For
Technical Foundation: years building software applications, data pipelines, or automation systems - Strong Python skills — most of our automation stack is Python-based. - Experience with APIs, databases (SQL/NoSQL), and data processing frameworks. - Experience combining on-prem environments with SaaS platforms. - Experience building on Kubernetes- Familiarity with modern web frameworks (FastAPI, React, etc.)
Business Automation Mindset: You've built systems that directly impact business metrics or operations- Understanding of B2B SaaS metrics and revenue operations- You can translate vague business requirements into concrete technical solutions
AI/Data Integration: Experience working with LLMs, AI APIs, or machine learning workflows- Comfortable with data analysis and visualization tools- Understanding of prompt engineering and AI system design
Startup DNA: You thrive in ambiguous environments where requirements evolve quickly- Bias toward action — you ship first, iterate fast, and learn from real usage- You understand that perfect is the enemy of done, but you still care about code quality and user experience- Experience at a high-growth B2B SaaS company is a plus
