Job Overview

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Manage data entry tasks accurately to update customer records and transaction details
  • Provide detailed product and service information, addressing customer needs effectively
  • Utilize analysis skills to identify customer trends and suggest improvements in service delivery
  • Engage in upselling and cross-selling opportunities to promote additional products or services
  • Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to ensure positive interactions
  • Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints efficiently
  • Support team efforts by sharing insights gained from customer interactions for continuous improvement

Requirements

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field preferred
  • Strong data entry skills with high attention to detail
  • Multilingual abilities, especially fluency in English and Spanish, are highly desirable
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to demonstrate analysis skills for understanding customer needs and behaviors
  • Experience with sales techniques, including upselling and cross-selling strategies
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is a significant advantage
  • Professional phone etiquette with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building positive customer relationships

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $23.20-$28.22 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
