Plant Operator

TopKrop Fertilizers Inc., a part of the Flaman Group of Companies, is currently seeking a dedicated Plant Operator to join our team at our newly established production facility in Delisle, SK; a 20-minute commute west of Saskatoon on a double lane highway.

The ideal candidate will prioritize safety while contributing to our mission of providing innovative products that support our customers' success and promote responsible land stewardship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all aspects of receiving, shipping, and storing liquid fertilizer, requiring physical capability and attention to detail.
• Monitor plant parameters attentively and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Operate forklifts and loaders both indoors and outdoors within the production facility.
• Perform minor maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
• Adhere to safety, environmental, and operational standards.

Desired Qualifications & Traits:

• Previous experience operating forklifts and loaders in industrial settings.
• Proficiency in performing basic maintenance tasks on manufacturing equipment.
• Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and operational standards.
• Demonstrated creativity in problem-solving and identifying process improvement opportunities.
• Physical capability to manage the demands of receiving, shipping, and storing liquid fertilizer.
