Plant Operator

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate forklifts and loaders both indoors and outdoors within the production facility.
- Perform minor maintenance on manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
- Adhere to safety, environmental, and operational standards.
- Monitor plant parameters attentively and proactively identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Handle all aspects of receiving, shipping, and storing liquid fertilizer, requiring physical capability and attention to detail.
