UNDERGROUND FOREMAN – Water & Sewer Construction

WCL is looking for an experienced Underground Foreman to lead our water and sewer crews following earthworks. This role is responsible for safety, production, quality, and day-to-day coordination of underground operations.

WHAT YOU NEED

  • 5+ years experience in underground water and sewer construction
  • Previous experience as a Foreman, Lead Hand, or senior underground crew member
  • Strong knowledge of water, sewer, and storm pipe installation
  • Solid understanding of line, grade, trench safety, and shoring requirements
  • Ability to plan daily work, coordinate crews, and manage production targets
  • Experience working with excavator operators, pipe layers, topmen, and labourers
  • Ability to read and interpret drawings, grades, and project specifications
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Safety-focused with a strong commitment to site safety and compliance

REQUIRED TICKETS

  • Valid Class 5 Driver's License
  • WHMIS & CSTS 2020 (or willing to obtain)

SCHEDULE

  • 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
  • 6 days on / 1 day off
