Job Description:

Provide technical support for mobile devices, applications, and connectivity issues. Ensure smooth operations and promptly resolve user issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues on iOS, Android, and Windows mobile devices
  • Configure and manage MDM solutions (Intune, AirWatch, etc.)
  • Support mobile application deployment and updates
  • Handle mobile network connectivity and VPN issues
  • Ensure security compliance and enforce device policies
  • Provide end-user training and maintain documentation

Required Skills:

  • Strong expertise in iOS and Android platforms
  • Hands-on experience with MDM tools and mobile security
  • Good understanding of Wi-Fi, VPN, and mobile networking
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
