Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and driving sales growth in a competitive market. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a passion for building relationships with clients. This position requires a proactive approach to business development and the ability to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential customers.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and referrals
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to the needs of potential clients
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring alignment with company policies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing leads, and reporting on performance metrics
  • Stay informed about industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging technologies

Skills

  • Proven experience in outside sales with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers
  • Experience in business development and account management within B2B environments
  • Familiarity with marketing principles and strategies that drive sales success
  • Knowledge of technology sales is a plus, particularly in technical or software solutions
  • Excellent analytical skills to assess market data and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term partnerships
  • Fluency in Spanish is highly desirable but not required
