Overview

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for technology sales. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them with product selections, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them in finding products that meet their needs.
  • Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits effectively.
  • Engage in upselling and cross-selling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor through effective merchandising practices.
  • Provide multilingual support to customers as needed, ensuring clear communication in both English and other languages.
  • Handle customer inquiries professionally over the phone, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals while maintaining high standards of customer service.
  • Manage time effectively to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently during shifts.

Experience

  • Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
  • Familiarity with technology sales or technical products is a plus.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to better serve our diverse customer base.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and inventory management.
