As our business expands, we're seeking experienced and motivated sales closers to help drive growth by securing renovation contracts through cold calling, door-to-door sales, or online prospecting.
Position Overview
We are looking for a high-performing Renovation Sales Closer to join our team. You'll be responsible for generating and closing leads for major renovation projects. Whether through cold calling, D2D canvassing, social media outreach, or your own proven sales methods — your main goal is to close deals. This is a high-ticket commission role designed for confident closers who know how to build rapport, understand client needs, and move projects from interest to contract.
Compensation
100% Commission-Based: Earn $1,000 – $5,000+ per closed deal + job completion, depending on project size and scope.
This is a performance-based role — your income is directly tied to your ability to close renovation contracts. Top closers can expect significant monthly earnings.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, door-to-door outreach, social media, or other methods.
- Conduct consultative sales calls to understand client needs, explain renovation options, and present tailored solutions.
- Close contracts for kitchen, basement, and bathroom renovations.
- Manage and update leads using CRM tools or tracking systems.
- Coordinate with internal project teams to ensure a seamless handoff once deals are closed.
- Maintain a high closing ratio and consistently meet or exceed sales targets.
Requirements
- Proven experience in high-ticket sales, ideally in home renovations, construction, or related fields.
- Strong closing skills — confident, persuasive, and able to overcome objections.
- Comfortable with cold calling, door-to-door sales, and digital outreach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently as an independent contractor.
- Familiarity with CRMs, lead tracking, or digital sales tools is an asset.
