CSA Plus is growing and looking for a skilled, reliable, and hardworking Construction Worker to join our expanding team. We specialize in residential and commercial renovations, basement developments, countertop production, and custom stone artistry.

Duties

  • Perform framing, drywall installation, taping, mudding, and sanding
  • Execute painting projects with precision and attention to clean finishing
  • Install a variety of flooring materials (laminate, vinyl, hardwood, or tile)
  • Handle tile installation including proper alignment, spacing, and grouting
  • Follow detailed project plans and timelines while maintaining a clean, organized worksite
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and maintain a positive, respectful work environment

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in construction or renovation
  • Strong understanding of framing, drywall, and finishing standards
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Safety-oriented mindset and ability to follow site procedures

Bonus Skills (Highly Preferred)

  • Cabinet installation (kitchen or bathroom)
  • Carpet installation
