Role Description

The Vendor Partner role is a full-time, on-site position located in Qikiqtaaluk Region, NU. The Vendor Partner will be responsible for managing partnerships with vendors to ensure the efficient procurement of goods and services. Day-to-day tasks include identifying and establishing new vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, monitoring vendor performance, and ensuring compliance with company policies. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align vendor services with business objectives and optimize supply chain efficiency.

  • Vendor management and contract negotiation skills
  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • Knowledge of procurement processes and supply chain management
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to evaluate vendor performance
  • Experience in IT services or related industries is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
