Market Research Specialist

We are looking for a Market Research Specialist to join our team In this role, you will have the opportunity to collaborate with a variety of different teams.

**Responsibilities**:

- Strategies.
- Complete product and pricing analysis armed with information from prospective vendors.
- Drive research process to accelerate opening order proposals.
- Prioritize research opportunities appropriately in alignment with assortment gaps.
- Assist in the crafting of opening orders, forecasting, and overall strategic buy plans with new vendors.
- Partner with cross functional teams ie. Planning, Vendor Management on key go get initiatives.
- Leverage internal partnership and acts as liaison to drive forward follow ups with inventory and vendor management teams to ensure projects are being completed and/or approved in a timely manner
- Work with the Partner Acquisition team to pre-sort and research trade show exhibitors.
- Manage trade show calendar and prioritize research needs accordingly.
- Manage CRM/Hubspot updates and changes related to research.
- Demonstrate ability to prospect/research based on a variety of assortment strategies.

**Qualifications**:

- Excellent communicator who will effortlessly manage communications between multiple teams.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and workflow efficiently at scale.
- Able to analyze and interpret large data sets.

**What You Need**:

- Desktop/Laptop system requirements:

- 4th generation or higher, at least Intel i3 or equivalent processor;
- at least 4GB RAM;
- Windows 10 and above or MAC OSX operating system
- A strong and stable internet connection (A DSL, cable or fiber wired internet service with 10 Mbps plan or higher for primary connection)
- PC Headset
- A high-definition (HD) external or integrated webcam with at least 720p resolution.
