Overview

We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our dynamic restaurant team. The ideal candidate will excel in providing exceptional guest services, ensuring a memorable dining experience for all patrons. This role involves taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. Prior experience in food service and familiarity with restaurant services are required . The Server will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service, upselling menu items, and ensuring food safety standards are met.

Duties

  • Greet guests warmly and present menus with enthusiasm
  • Take accurate orders using hand written methods.
  • Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards
  • Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
  • Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience and address any concerns promptly
  • Assist with food preparation or kitchen tasks as needed to support overall restaurant operations
  • Maintain cleanliness of tables, service stations, and dining areas in accordance with sanitation guidelines
  • Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables during busy periods without compromising service quality

Requirements

  • Previous experience in food service or restaurant environment preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional attitude
  • Ability to handle food safely and adhere to food safety regulations
  • Basic math skills for billing, cash handling, and order calculations
  • Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
  • Experience with food industry standards including serving, food handling, sanitation, and hospitality best practices
  • Kitchen experience or food preparation knowledge is advantageous but not required
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or holidays if needed
  • MUST BE 19 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER
  • MUST SPEAK FRENCH AND ENGLISH
