About the OpportunityKingSett Capital is seeking a Manager of Finance to join the Toronto team reporting to the Director of Finance. Role Responsibilities Management and review of the monthly and quarterly reporting process, including preparing consolidated financial statements, investor summary reports, real estate portfolio analysis and other ad hoc analysis as required.Annual consolidation of Fund financial results, including year-end audit working papers, ASPE financial statements and liaise with auditors and tax team.Management of the annual budget process.Preparation and review of investor related activities, including capital calls, distributions, investor statements, address investor requests, as well as test and maintain integrity of the investor database.Manage treasury process, including forecasting cash flows, managing borrowings and allocating debt/interest.Prepare debt compliance packages and actively manage capital models to ensure Funds are onside with covenants.Assisting asset management and investment teams with information requests, reviewing SOAs as well as providing any required analysis.

Candidate ProfileUndergraduate degree in finance or business commerce.Actively pursuing or holder of a CPA designation is preferred.4-5 years of experience in finance.Real Estate experience would be preferred.Working knowledge of financial statements and related notes, including ASPE is an asset.Proficiency in MS Suite with a focus on Excel functions.Experience using Yardi software is an asset.Comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment with demonstrated ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage multiple competing tasks and demands under tight deadlines.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a particular strength in dealing with a wide variety of individuals at various levels, both internal and external.Exceptional analytical skills with the ability assess complex situations and make effective recommendations.Dedicated, well-organized and resourceful individual with a high level of attention to detail.High degree of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.Team player with positive attitude and exceptional interpersonal skills.
