About the Opportunity

  • Lead the finance function for a portfolio of companies with support from an overseas internal finance team
  • Oversee transactional accounting, ensuring proper supervision across all finance processes as well as treasury and banking activities
  • Manage the month-end close to deliver timely and accurate US GAAP financial results
  • Oversee management reporting, annual budgeting, reforecasting, and KPI tracking to support growth and informed decision-making
  • Ensure strong quality assurance over all finance and accounting outputs, including balance sheet reconciliations, revenue recognition, and variance analyses
  • Support the company's annual global audit and any related statutory audits
  • Enhance operational performance through budget-to-actual analysis, revenue and expense insights, and actionable financial recommendations
  • Lead financial integration for newly acquired companies, including policy alignment and system conversions
  • Implement financial initiatives identified during the M&A process
  • Collaborate with operating company finance teams and overseas teams on high-impact projects driving efficiency and best practices
  • Implement and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to improve consistency and operational excellence across the portfolio
  • Prepare ad hoc reports for CEOs and Operating Partners
  • Provide financial guidance and support to the business as needed
  • Perform other ad hoc tasks as required

About You

  • CPA (preference for those with public accounting firm training)
  • Proficiency in Controllership activities
  • Open to those in industry or managers from public accounting firms
  • Strong understanding of US GAAP and IFRS (areas of focus include Business combinations and Revenue recognition)

Salary Range

$115,000 - $130,000 / year
