*What You Will Be Responsible For*
As Centralized Pricing, AVP you will:
- Service some of the largest Hedge and Private Market Funds in the world.
- Responsibility for the service delivery of Centralized Pricing to internal and external parties.
- Act as a role model in establishing and maintaining key relationships with clients, colleagues and business partners.
- Hold all staff accountable for the quality and timeliness of services provided by the fund groups. Responsible for the achievement of specific department performance targets and objectives.
- Monitor if internal controls and quality of work meets business and clients' standards.
- Provide oversight and support to internal and external business transitions.
- Identify and initiate the efficiency across the teams.
- Work closely with Global and Regional teams to manage onboardings and resolve the challenges.
- Ensure full understanding, adherence and implementation of the corporate Risk Policy and Standard Operating Procedures
- Ensure appropriate stakeholders are adequately updated on a regular basis regarding all aspects of your client/s account, highlighting all potential risks with possible solutions in a timely manner.
- Set up and monitor execution of development goals for the team members

*Education & Preferred Qualifications*
- Knowledge of Hedge Fund Products including Fund of Hedge Funds.
- Experience in Hedge and Private Equity trade bookings and reconciliation.
- Experience in securities valuation.
- Strong technical knowledge of hedge and private equity securities
- Securities structures understanding and ability to recognize details from the offering documents.
- Experience in Hedge Fund and Private Equity client's onboarding.
- Ability to provide leadership, vision and direction for managers and staff
- Effectively communicate with clients and senior management, as well as staff and peers within State Street
- Demonstrate the ability to assess and suggest resolution to a problem
- Finance, Accounting, Business Degree would be an asset
- Minimum 6 years in Fund Accounting or similar financial industry
