Salary: $80,000 - $100, 000 CAD$ + bonus

About The Role
We're currently seeking a Senior Partner Manager. Responsibilities include:

  • Business Partner Strategy & Planning

  • Develop, execute, and continuously update a tailored business plan for the partner, collaborating with sales teams and cross-functional stakeholders to address market demands.

  • Partner Investment Management

  • Track and manage partner rebate programs, MDF (Marketing Development Funds), promotional pricing, and vendor payment resolutions to ensure proper reimbursement and financial alignment.

  • Marketing & Sales Enablement

  • Implement training, promote Insight's value proposition, and coordinate campaigns/events with marketing teams to drive partner and market engagement.

What We're Looking For

  • 3–5 years in a similar role with strong networking skills among senior internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to understand partner programs, key financial levers, and major industry trends, with strong organizational skills.
  • Capable of effectively articulating and presenting business needs and solutions to senior leadership and executives.

À propos du poste
Nous recherchons actuellement un Senior Partner Manager. Les responsabilités incluent :

  • Stratégie et planification des partenaires commerciaux
  • Développez, exécutez et mettez à jour continuellement un plan d'affaires adapté pour le partenaire, en collaborant avec les équipes commerciales et les parties prenantes transversales afin de répondre aux exigences du marché.
  • Gestion d'investissements partenaires
  • Suivre et gérer les programmes de remises des partenaires, les fonds de développement marketing (MDF), les prix promotionnels et les résolutions de paiement des fournisseurs afin d'assurer un remboursement adéquat et un alignement financier.
  • Marketing et Habilitation des ventes
  • Mettez en place des formations, promoussez la proposition de valeur d'Insight et coordonnez des campagnes/événements avec les équipes marketing pour stimuler l'engagement des partenaires et du marché.

Ce que nous cherchons

  • 3 à 5 ans dans un rôle similaire avec de solides compétences en réseautage auprès des parties prenantes internes et externes seniors.
  • Capacité à comprendre les programmes partenaires, les leviers financiers clés et les grandes tendances du secteur, avec de solides compétences organisationnelles.
  • Capable d'articuler et de présenter efficacement les besoins et solutions de l'entreprise aux cadres supérieurs et aux cadres.
