Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive beauty services including hair styling, hair extensions, nail care, makeup application, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers, botulinum toxin treatments, dermabrasion, body waxing, hair threading, and esthetic laser treatments.
  • Conduct consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate treatments or products.
  • Manage appointment scheduling efficiently using salon software such as Millennium or MINDBODY to optimize client flow.
  • Maintain high standards of sanitation and sanitation protocols to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
  • Promote retail sales by demonstrating product demos and upselling skincare, haircare, and cosmetic products effectively.
  • Manage social media accounts to showcase services, engage with clients, and attract new business through creative content.
  • Provide excellent guest services by ensuring a positive experience from greeting clients at the front desk to follow-up after appointments.
  • Stay current with industry trends in color theory, makeup techniques, barbering, tattooing, and med spa treatments to deliver innovative services.
  • Assist with front desk duties including answering inquiries, managing bookings, and processing payments seamlessly.

Requirements

  • Valid cosmetology license or esthetician certification with experience in a salon or med spa setting.
  • Proficiency in salon management software such as Millennium or MINDBODY is highly preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of sanitation standards and safety protocols across all beauty treatments.
  • Experience with advanced procedures such as dermal fillers, botulinum toxin injections, esthetic laser treatments, dermabrasion, and deep tissue massage is desirable.
  • Skilled in various hair techniques including styling, straight razor shaving, hair threading, and hair extensions application.
  • Demonstrated ability in retail sales and upselling to enhance client satisfaction while increasing revenue.
  • Excellent communication skills combined with a friendly attitude that fosters guest loyalty.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of social media management tools for marketing purposes is a plus.
