DKI – Central NL is seeking a skilled and motivated Restoration Services Manager to oversee property restoration projects from start to finish. If you thrive in fast-paced environments, excel at coordinating teams, and take pride in delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you.

What you'll Do:


• Lead restoration projects involving fire, flood, mold, and storm damage


• Coordinate with clients, insurance adjusters, subcontractors, and internal teams


• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards


• Participate in the after hour on-call rotation.


• Manage site safety, documentation, and compliance


• Provide compassionate support to clients during challenging times

What we're Looking For:


• Proven experience in restoration, construction, or project management


• Strong organizational and communication skills


• Ability to lead teams and solve problems under pressure


• IICRC certifications and familiarity with Xactimate are assets


• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Central NL
