Now Hiring: Medical Office Administrator/Nursing position – Cardiology Clinic St. Catharines, ON

Lakeshore Cardiology is a community-based Non-invasive Cardiology Clinic seeking Temporary P/T contract position,
clinical-administrative/Nursing position t
eam member to join our busy cardiology practice. The ideal candidate will thrive in a current and innovative environment where team cooperation is vital and patient care is at the heart of everything we do.

This is a hands-on clinical-administrative/Nursing position supporting cardiology services. You'll perform ECGs, blood pressure monitoring, Holter placements/stats, and triage patient charts and schedules. You'll also collaborate closely with our team using EMR systems (OLIS, Clinical Connect, Norav ECG), email, fax, scanning, and Microsoft tools. Dobutamine (pharmacologic) stress testing when needed.

Please note: This role may require the performance of nursing duties. Candidates must hold a valid nursing license to perform these tasks. Additional compensation will be provided for any licensed nursing duties performed.

What we need from you:


• Graduate of a medical program (cardiology experience is an asset, not a must)


• Kind, empathetic communicator with strong interpersonal skills


• Computer literate (Word, Excel, Outlook, EMR, electronic faxing)


• CPR, WHMIS, ACLS, and Health & Safety certifications


• Self-directed, organized, and able to manage clinic operations


• Comfortable wearing PPE throughout the shift if required

Schedule & Details:


• Monday to Friday (subject to clinic needs)


• Contract position must be willing to work flexible hours. Temporary Part-time position.
