We are seeking an
Accounts Payables Clerk
to join our Finance team.

Your day-to-day

  • Receive and verify incoming invoices, employees expenses report and the credit card statement
  • Obtain all payments approvals from managers
  • Reconcile purchase order with invoices
  • Open suppliers accounts in the accounting system
  • Enter all invoices in accounting system
  • Verify aging reports
  • Prepare check runs
  • Preparing and executing check runs on multiple banking platform
  • Filing and archiving documents

Your Qualifications

  • DEC, DEP or AEC in Accounting
  • 2 years of experience
  • Bilingual (Strong English)
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Knowledge of Netsuite (asset)
  • Experience with inter-company transactions, foreign currency (asset)
  • Experience with managing employee expense accounts and corporate credit cards
