We are looking for a detail-oriented Construction Project Coordinator & Estimating Administrator to support our estimating and project teams. This hybrid role combines estimating support, proposal writing, project coordination, customer communication, and rotating reception coverage.

Hybrid – Work from home + office (De Winton, AB – 10 minutes south of Shawnessy)

Responsibilities

  • Compile estimates from estimator notes
  • Assist with project costing
  • Prepare proposals, scopes of work, RFP responses, and professional correspondence
  • Coordinate project schedules and support smooth project execution
  • Communicate with customers by email and phone
  • Work with estimators to ensure adequate labour and material resources
  • Provide rotating reception coverage (1–2 days per week)

Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in a construction office, project coordination, or estimating support role
  • Strong professional writing skills
  • Experience with RFPs, proposals, and customer-facing documents
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Google Workspace
  • Strong organization and communication skills
  • Post-secondary education in Business or a related field is considered an asset
  • Familiarity with construction estimating and job costing
