With a team of directors and interns aged 14-30, Youth Forge has expanded to Ghana, Uganda, Japan, Canada, USA, India…

We aim to collaborate with policymakers, universities, DECA, government, High School business clubs and organizations to break barriers and create age, inclusive environment, support innovation.

Role Description

We are looking for a results-driven individual to secure paid speaking engagements through strategic research, outreach, and relationship building. This part time paid role is remote. It primarily focused on identifying high-quality speaking opportunities that aligns with Youth Forge mission.

You will be using AI-powered research tools combined with personal expertise, then pitching, negotiating, and closing paid engagements with event organizers, brands, and institutions.

The ideal candidate has prior experience securing speaking deals or comparable partnerships and understands how to position a speaker commercially, not just creatively.

Compensation is commission-based, directly tied to booked and paid engagements. Beyond deal securing, this role includes building and maintaining long-term relationships within the speaking and events ecosystem, supporting brand growth through repeat bookings and partnerships, and acting as a professional point of contact to ensure positive, ongoing relationships.

Success in this role is heavily measured by the value of paid speaking opportunities secured and quality

Qualifications

P

  • rior experience securing paid speaking engagements, brand partnerships, or comparable commission-based
  • Provided there is a demonstrated track record of closing.
  • The candidate must be report weekly with amount of outreach send, researched events with detailed links, reply rate%, amount of booking secured, the total payment to Youth Forge.
  • Familiarity with the speaking industry, event ecosystems, or B2B deal environments is a strong advantage.
