Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Finance Manager to join our dynamic team. Duties

  • Oversee all financial operations within the organization, ensuring compliance with regulations and standards.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to enhance profitability and growth.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to structure financing options that meet customer needs and drive sales.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues related to financing.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, highlighting key performance indicators and trends.
  • Conduct negotiations with lenders and financial institutions to secure favorable terms for financing solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain competitiveness in the industry.
  • Train and mentor staff on financial processes, enhancing their understanding of dealership finance.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in financial services, preferably within the automotive or dealership sector.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of securing advantageous financing agreements.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Solid sales acumen, demonstrating an ability to drive revenue through effective financial solutions.
  • Proficient mathematical skills for accurate financial analysis and reporting.
  • Strong analytical abilities with attention to detail in all aspects of finance management.
