We are seeking a highly motivated Service Owner to join our Registries Modernization team. This role is critical in leading the transformation of Land Titles services by replacing legacy systems with innovative, client-centric digital solutions. You will guide agile product teams, collaborate with key stakeholders, and ensure delivery of efficient, user-focused registry services.

Tasks
  • Lead the end-to-end modernization of Land Titles registry services in an agile environment.
  • Act as the voice of the client, ensuring services meet user needs and deliver measurable value.
  • Manage product roadmaps, service delivery plans, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional agile teams including product managers, designers, developers, and operations.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation, service improvement, and technology integration.
  • Oversee and ensure quality and performance of the digital Land Titles service offerings.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in service ownership, product management, or agile delivery leadership.
  • Strong understanding of agile frameworks and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
  • Experience working with or modernizing registry or government systems is an asset.
  • Ability to translate complex processes into intuitive, user-friendly services.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with land registry systems or legal documentation processes.
  • Background in managing cloud-based digital product implementations.
  • Experience working within high-compliance or regulated environments.
