We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused Product Manager to lead our Clinical Solutions segment within the Healthcare RTLS portfolio. This role will own the roadmap and delivery of solutions that directly impact clinical staff safety and workflow optimization across healthcare environments
As a Product Manager, you will engage with business and engineering teams to plan, investigate and launch new products, improvement initiatives and product releases. You will leverage your exceptional organizational and communication skills to balance workloads and expectations, while also using your analytical skills to synthesize product usage trends and identify opportunities to improve the users' experience.
In this role you will be responsible for defining product strategy, driving cross-functional execution, and ensuring our solutions deliver measurable value to healthcare providers. This includes managing the lifecycle of various products with a focus on innovation, customer outcomes, and competitive differentiation.

As our
Product Manager , you'll support HID's success by:
- Analyzing market needs and business requirements and defining product use cases and requirements to meet business goals.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to drive product innovation, obtaining buy-in for product initiatives and set expectations
- Communicating solution design/requirements to both product development teams and business teams
- Supporting product lifecycle activities including new product introduction, continuous product improvement and end of life
- Managing the hardware and software products within the product roadmap in conjunction with the overall RTLS Solutions roadmap.
- Holding project gate meetings to review progress and gaining approval to move projects forward
- Holding core team meetings and working cross-functionally with internal team members
- Collaborating with business partners to develop product strategy and driving project initiatives
- Supporting day-to-day product questions and issue resolution
- Documenting and communicating product changes to the business and members. Participating in change management internally with departments and end-users.
- Working with hardware development team members, software product managers, the software development team and quality assurance to successfully implement and deliver solutions
Your Experience and Background include:
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent field
- Applicants with equivalent education plus relevant job experience may also be considered
- Minimum 5+ years product management related positions within the technology industry specifically with Healthcare solutions. Experience with SaaS solutions is a plus.
- Proven ability to successfully launch products and services globally
- Experience in managing a portfolio including both Hardware and Software components.
- Expertise in the area of RTLS (Real-Time Location Systems)
- Experience implementing cybersecurity requirements
- Proven capability of cross-functional collaboration & ability to gain consensus
- Data & analysis driven
- You are comfortable with, and able to manage constructively; change, ambiguity, debate, conflict, and informed risk taking

The wage range for this role considers a broad scope of factors that are considered when making compensation decisions, including but not limited to: skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range does not account for geographic differentials based on the location where the position may be filled. At HID, it is uncommon for individuals to be hired at or near the top of the range. Final compensation decisions depend on the specific facts and circumstances of each case.
The base salary in the United States is $120,000 to $135,000.
