Maintenance Manager

Seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to lead all property maintenance operations.
What You'll Be Responsible For
- Lead preventive and reactive maintenance across cabins, suites, and resort facilities
- Build and manage annual maintenance budgets and PM schedules
- Oversee building systems (HVAC, boilers, fireplaces, appliances, etc.)
- Supervise Maintenance Supervisor and daily maintenance activities
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure all rooms are guest-ready
- Coordinate snow removal, landscaping, skating rink upkeep, and winter operations
- Work closely with Housekeeping, Guest Services, and the General Manager
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and standards
What We're Looking For
- Strong background in building and property maintenance
- Well-rounded hands-on repair skills; knows when to engage certified trades
- Experience managing staff and budgets
- Comfortable working in a remote, resort-based environment
- Proficient with Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Flexible availability (days, nights, weekends, holidays)
