Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally

Assist customers with inquiries, scheduling, and service support

Provide product and service recommendations

Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM system

Meet or exceed performance targets for calls and customer satisfaction

Requirements:

Prior customer service or call center experience preferred

Excellent communication skills (verbal & written)

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

Comfortable using computer systems and call center software

Ability to handle high call volumes and multitask effectively
