Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Manage customer accounts, including setting up new accounts and updating existing information.
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues to the relevant department.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
  • Follow up on customer inquiries and ensure resolution is satisfactory.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience and streamline processes.
  • Stay knowledgeable about our products and services to provide accurate information to customers.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude.
  • Proficiency in using computers and navigate various software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
