Chinook Arms located in Taber Alberta is searching for a Sale Service Representative and a Shipper/Reciever to join our team.

SALE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE:

  • Customer service skills;
  • Knowledge, passion, and experience with firearms;
  • Sales experience;
  • Excellent communications skills;
  • Ability to work as part of a team;
  • Competent technical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office;
  • Have, or willing to obtain their Firearms PAL (Possession Acquisition License)

DUTIES TO INCLUDE:

  • Provide product information and recommendations based on customer needs and requests,
  • Maintain awareness of special promotions and advertisements,
  • Assist and process counter, phone and web sales using a computerized POS system,
  • Answer customer inquiries in a courteous, professional and informative manner via e-mail, phone and/or in person
  • Updating our customer database/accounts.

SHIPPER/RECEIVER

  • Ability to lift packages up to 50 lbs;
  • Attention to Detail;
  • Experience with Microsoft office an asset;
  • Have, or willing to obtain their Firearms PAL (Possession Acquisition License);
  • Efficient time management skills
  • Familiar with Canada Post, Purolator and shipping processes an asset.

DUTIES TO INCLUDE:

  • Receiving inventory into computerized system
  • Using bin locations to put away inventory
  • Driving forklift, unloading trucks
  • Restocking Supplies;
  • Help in shipping to pick and pack customer orders when required

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $15.12 per hour
