About the Role
Reporting to the Senior Director, Total Rewards and People Analytics, you will design, implement, and advance compensation, benefits, and AI-driven automation programs for the People Team. You will lead the annual compensation cycle—including merit reviews, promotions, and bonus planning—by leveraging technology and working to automate these processes with AI. Your role will also expand to support other talent teams in automating HR processes, contribute to the integration and evaluation of AI models, and help develop ethical guidelines for AI and automation.
Responsibilities
- Support the delivery of the annual pay and benefits review, including payroll, market pay, and employee engagement analyses.
- Design and deliver compensation structures and benefit programs, providing financial and market analysis.
- Contribute to HR frameworks and tools for recruitment, performance management, development, and retention.
- Analyze People Team processes and support the development of software tools that automate routine tasks.
- Guide mid-sized AI projects focused on integrating AI in People Team processes.
- Partner with AI and IT teams to deliver AI integration projects, optimizing performance and reliability.
- Participate in the formulation of ethical guidelines for AI and automation.
- Conduct assessments of AI models and deliver basic safety testing protocols.
Qualifications
- Education and or experience equivalent to Bachelors degree with 8-10 years of experience in HR and/or process optimization, automation and AI.
Required Skills
- Proficient in business requirements analysis, data collection and analysis, compensation and benefits, HR systems and tools, planning and organizing, workflow management, and organization design.
Preferred Skills
- Strong expertise in compensation, process design, and process optimization.
- Comfortable with HR and IT systems, including HRIS and workflow automation tools.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrates professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail, with a commitment to high-quality service.
- Adaptability, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of provincial regulations and their impact on total rewards programs, technology, and automation is an asset.

Pay range and compensation package
$110,000 to $130,000. Pay range to be commensurate with experience.

Au sujet du poste
Sous la direction du directeur principal, Rémunération globale et analyse des personnes, tu concevras, mettras en œuvre et feras avancer des programmes de rémunération, d'avantages sociaux et d'automatisation fondée sur l'IA pour l'équipe des RH. Tu dirigeras le cycle de rémunération annuel – y compris les évaluations du mérite, le processus de promotions et la planification des primes – en tirant parti des technologies et en automatisant ces processus avec l'IA. De plus, tu devras soutenir d'autres équipes de talents sur l'automatisation des processus RH, contribuer à l'intégration et à l'évaluation des modèles d'IA et aider à l'élaboration des lignes directrices éthiques pour l'IA et l'automatisation.
Responsabilités
- Soutenir l'examen annuel de la rémunération et des avantages sociaux, y compris les analyses concernant la paie, les salaires sur le marché et l'engagement des employés.
- Concevoir et mettre en place des structures de rémunération et des programmes d'avantages sociaux en fournissant des analyses financières et du marché.
- Contribuer aux cadres et aux outils de RH pour le recrutement, la gestion du rendement, le développement professionnel et la fidélisation des membres.
- Analyser les processus de l'équipe des RH et soutenir le développement d'outils logiciels automatisant les tâches courantes.
- Guider des projets d'IA de moyenne envergure portant sur l'intégration de l'IA dans les processus de l'équipe des RH.
- Collaborer avec les équipes d'IA et de TI pour réaliser des projets d'intégration de l'IA et optimiser la performance et la fiabilité.
- Participer à la formulation des lignes directrices éthiques pour l'IA et l'automatisation.
- Effectuer des évaluations des modèles d'IA et fournir des protocoles d'essai de sécurité de base.
Qualifications requises
- Formation et/ou expérience équivalentes à un baccalauréat et de 8 à 10 ans d'expérience en RH et/ou en optimisation des processus, automatisation et IA
Compétences exigées
- Maîtriser l'analyse des exigences d'affaires, la collecte et l'analyse de données, la rémunération et les avantages sociaux, les systèmes et les outils de RH, la planification et l'organisation, la gestion du flux des travaux et la structuration organisationnelle
Compétences souhaitées
- Solide expertise en rémunération ainsi qu'en conception et en optimisation de processus
- À l'aise avec les systèmes de RH et de TI, y compris les SIRH et les outils d'automatisation des flux de travail
- Connaissances fonctionnelles de la suite Microsoft Office
- Professionnalisme, discrétion, souci du détail et volonté d'offrir un service de grande qualité
- Adaptabilité, solides compétences interpersonnelles et capacité à gérer plusieurs priorités dans un environnement dynamique
