Facilities are located within drill camps, mining camps, construction camps, pipeline camps, oil and gas installations and correctional facilities.

Now, if you were to come on board as a Assistant General Manager, we'd ask you to do the following for us:

• Oversee daily operations: Ensure the business runs smoothly and efficiently, managing the production of goods or the delivery of services.
• Strategic planning: Develop and implement long-term strategies to achieve company objectives and promote growth.
• Financial management: Create and manage budgets, control costs, and analyze financial reports to identify areas for improvement.
• Staff management: Hire, train, and evaluate employees; create work schedules, assign duties, and conduct performance reviews.
• Interdepartmental coordination: Ensure all departments work together cohesively to meet goals.
• Performance monitoring: Track productivity and goal achievement using performance data and reports.
• Policy implementation: Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed by staff.
• Client and stakeholder relations: Maintain and build relationships with key clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Compliance and risk management: Ensure operations comply with industry regulations and standards and proactively manage business risks.
• Reporting: Prepare regular reports for upper management and executives.

Think you have what it takes to be our Assistant General Manager? We're committed to hiring the best talent for the role. Here's how we'll know you will be successful:

• Degree or diploma in Hospitality management or equivalent preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of Senior management experience in a Large Scale remote camp facility 1100 beds and above .
• Proven experience in project management, procurement, contracts, bids, and quotes.
• Proven track record in team leadership, strategic thinking, decision making and problem solving.
• Strong Financial acumen and Operational efficiency.
• Solid interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
