Job Description

Are you a motivated, detail-oriented individual with a passion for operations? Are you looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment? If so, we invite you to apply for our Co-op Operations Internship. As an Operations Intern, you will work closely with our operations team to support various aspects of our daily operations, contributing to the success of our organization.

Duration: 4 - 8 Month, Temporary Full time position

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and implementation of operational processes and procedures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline operations and enhance efficiency.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Assist with data entry, record-keeping, and report generation.
  • Support inventory management and procurement activities.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute innovative ideas.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Manager.

Requirements:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in business
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
  • Prior internship or relevant coursework in operations is a plus.
