Product Manager

The Product Manager, AI Platform & Ops role is a unique opportunity to ship valuable, client-facing product outcomes while also driving overall EPD efficiency. This role will own traditional PM responsibilities in an area of the product (discovery, validation and delivery) while building out internal AI processes that makes every squad faster.
You'll work closely with our Product Managers, Engineering Managers, Designers, and GTM Enablement to support Klue's core 'AI Compete' platform and internal operations. Day-to-day tasks will range from discovery/PRDs/prioritization and iterative delivery to standing up agentic workflows and processes that enable every team to ship and communicate user value faster. You'll also get hands-on exposure to the projects and programs that shape our execution culture and AI-enabled product velocity.
This is a role for someone who's organized, curious, proactive, data-minded, and biased to ship. It's a role for someone who wants to build - both for customers, and for your own internal team.
What's In It for YouThis role is both a learning opportunity and a chance to make an impact. You'll gain hands-on experience across product delivery and AI platform operations, build confidence in customer discovery, AI-driven prototyping, stakeholder alignment, and help shape org-wide EPD productivity and GTM collaboration.
What You'll Do-
Ship Customer Value – Fast: Run end-to-end product delivery in your area — clarify problems, validate with customers, write crisp PRDs (or prototypes), prioritize ruthlessly, and land iterative releases with clear outcomes.
-
Plan & Unblock: Drive sprint and quarterly plans with eng/design, define acceptance criteria, manage scope/risks, and keep delivery moving through sharp decision docs and async updates.
-
Prototype Fast (with AI): Spin up quick, AI-assisted prototypes to test UX/flows and de-risk scope early; fold learnings into PRDs and roadmap plans.
-
Build Internal AI Workflows: Identify repetitive EPD work and ship agentic workflows that remove toil (e.g., backlog triage, spec diffs, PRD/acceptance-criteria starters, release-note drafts, support/update summaries).
-
Connect the Toolchain: Integrate workflows with Jira/GitHub/Figma/Slack/Drive so status, artifacts, and decisions move automatically across teams — fewer pings, tighter loops.
-
Operationalize Handoffs: Create "ready to ship" and "ready for GTM" checklists, automate change logs/enablement packs, and make launches repeatable across squads.
-
Close the Loop with Customers: Run lightweight betas/feedback sessions, translate insights into clear decisions, and keep customers/GTM informed on what's shipped and what's next.
-
Your product area ships on a steady cadence with clear impact metrics and tight customer feedback loops.
-
Cycle time and feature throughput improve; teams spend less time on coordination and more time building.
-
Agentic workflows see real adoption across squads and measurably reduce manual steps.
-
GTM handoffs are predictable: change logs, enablement, and demos land on time with fewer back-and-forths.
-
Customers participate in betas and reference launches; insights from the field regularly shape what ships next.
Must-Haves:
-
Product Management Experience: 3 years shipping B2B SaaS products end-to-end (discovery → validation → delivery) with clear, measurable outcomes.
-
Delivery Discipline: Turn problems into crisp PRDs, acceptance criteria, and sequenced roadmaps; manage scope/risks; drive sprint goals and unblock teams.
-
AI-Enabled Prototyping & Automation: Hands-on with LLM-powered tools to prototype UX/flows and build workflows – even if only in your personal life
-
Data-Driven: Define success metrics and make decisions with product analytics and lightweight experiments.
-
Cross-Functional Work: You have experience working with engineering, design, GTM and other stakeholders to ensure everyone is aligned and we're executing smoothly.
-
Communication Skills: Clear, proactive communication that keeps distributed teams aligned. You document decisions, articulate tradeoffs/rationale to diverse audiences, and create shared understanding across disciplines.
Nice-to-Haves:
-
Agentic Workflow Track Record: Shipped LLM-enabled workflows for yourself or internal teams that measurably improved clarity, velocity, or collaboration.
-
B2B SaaS Depth: Experience with complex, multi-persona workflows and enterprise rollout/enablement.
-
Developer Productivity Tools: Exposure to code search/copilots/internal bots and how engineers actually use them.
-
Beta/Launch Ops: Experience running alphas/betas and maintaining changelogs, enablement packs, and demo scripts.
