Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service by greeting and assisting customers with their orders.
  • Accurately handle cash transactions and maintain cash registers.
  • Prepare food items according to company standards while ensuring quality and safety.
  • Assist in kitchen operations, including food handling and preparation.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment.
  • Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
  • Follow all health and safety regulations in food handling and preparation.

Skills

  • Experience in cashiering or cash handling is preferred.
  • Ability to upsell products effectively to enhance customer experience.
  • Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Previous experience in the food industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of food handling practices and kitchen operations is beneficial.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers and team members.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
