They are seeking a visionary
Marketing Director, SaaS
to lead our brand strategy, drive growth, and elevate our market presence with primarily supporting initiatives tied to our SaaS business. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for storytelling, data-driven decision-making, and team leadership.
You'll oversee all marketing functions from digital campaigns to product launches and ensure our brand resonates with stakeholders across every touchpoint.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team across digital, content, brand, and communications.
- Oversee market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Collaborate with sales, product, and executive teams to align messaging and campaigns.
- Drive brand awareness through innovative campaigns, partnerships, and media outreach.
- Monitor and report on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs.
- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms and channels.
- Flexibility to handle emerging priorities and contribute beyond core responsibilities.
- Supports cross-functional initiatives and participates in tasks outside primary scope when necessary.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 8+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management abilities.
- Experience in SaaS and IT background.
Office based in Vancouver.
Salary range - $100-$110k CAD.
