About Us
Oppi Solutions is a young, vibrant company in the B2B sales space. We are based in Toronto, Ontario. Currently operating in Ontario and Quebec, with clients across Canada.
We currently have a Merchant Support Representative position open at our Markham office. We provide comprehensive training to equip our team with the proper tool and knowledge.
Position: Merchant Support Representative
Pay: $20/hour, Monday to Friday 9:00am-5:30pm, mileage reimbursement, plus commission and bonus where applicable. 2 Months probation.
Responsibilities:
- Completing training on products, customer service and installation process.
- Providing on-site installation to merchants within driving distance.
- Training merchants on equipment per instruction guide.
- Performing remote setup via video or phone call.
- Providing after sale support via text messaging, phone and video calls.
Qualifications:
- Valid driver's license and automobile
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient on MicroSoft Word, Excel, Teams
- Mandarin and Cantonese language preferred
- University degree preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $41,600.00-$52,000.00 per year
