We're looking for a Service Receptionist to join our team. If you're cheerful, detail-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this could be the opportunity you've been waiting for.
The Drive Ahead
- Greet visitors and answer incoming calls in a professional, friendly manner
- Schedule service appointments and support customers with inquiries
- Update customer and vehicle information in the database
- Assist with coordinating courtesy cars, special orders, and airport service
- Support service advisors and warranty administration as needed
- Help maintain customer files and review completed jobs for quality
- Perform general administrative tasks and assist with department meetings
- Provide backup to service team members when required
Performance Essentials
- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education an asset
- Previous experience in a receptionist, customer service, or service advisor role
- Basic bookkeeping experience is an asset
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities with attention to detail
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Full-time availability — typically Monday to Friday (approx. 40 hours/week)
