Your Role
Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you'll:
- Provide friendly, attentive, and timely service to guests, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience.
- Accurately take customer orders and serve beverages and snacks efficiently.
- Recommend drinks based on guest preferences using suggestive selling and up-selling techniques.
- Verify guest identification when necessary to ensure compliance with alcohol and tobacco laws.
- Assist in the planning, development, and presentation of the bar menu.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing bar area, including attractive product displays.

- Exceptional customer service skills
- Smart Serve Certification.
- Food Handling Certification is an asset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, holidays, and weekends.
- Must be authorized to work in Canada.
