As the Specialist, Talent Management, you will play a pivotal role in effectively executing all backend people processes and programs that support the entire lifecycle of our employees. THE ROLE

As the Specialist, Talent Management, you will:

  • Execute talent lifecycle programs and engage with our people to support and elevate them
  • Ensure we always have the best talent for our business needs through effective, timely actions
  • Support the Talent Acquisition team in ensuring we consistently acquire the best talent for the business
  • Support the cultural integration and productivity of new employees
  • Direct effective people decisions with accurate assessments of performance and potential
  • Maximize and accelerate the growth of high performing talent
  • Drive continued performance and commitment with strategic, compensation solutions
  • Support employees with fair and consistent practices while mitigating undue risk

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Specialist, Talent Management has:

  • Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in b road P&C knowledge and e xperience supporting backend people processes
  • A commitment to learn and apply Aritzia's Values and Business and People Leadership principles
  • The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners
  • A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business
