Their platform combines advanced hardware and software to deliver keyless entry, automation tools, and seamless property management features—helping hotels and vacation rental operators improve efficiency and enhance guest experiences.

Role Overview

We are seeking a UI/UX Designer with proven experience in SaaS product design and a strong understanding of the hospitality domain. The ideal candidate has worked on subscription-based platforms, understands guest lifecycles, and can create intuitive, user-centric designs for enterprise dashboards, guest portals, and mobile apps. This is a remote role open to candidates in US or Canada (Canada preferred).

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and refine SaaS product experiences across web, mobile, and TV apps.

  • Collaborate with product managers and engineers to deliver user-centric solutions.

  • Work on property management dashboards, guest portals, mobile apps, and TV apps.

  • Conduct design reviews, critique existing flows, and suggest improvements.

  • Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma or Adobe XD.

  • Communicate design decisions clearly to cross-functional teams.

Must-Have Experience

  • SaaS Product Design: Hands-on experience designing subscription-based SaaS products (not websites).

  • Hospitality Industry Knowledge: Experience with software for hotels, vacation rentals, or property management.

    • Understanding of guest lifecycle: reservations, check-in/out, transient guests.

  • Strong Communication Skills: Ability to explain design rationale and collaborate effectively in a distributed team.

  • Agile mindset with comfort in fast iterations and rework.

  • Tools: Figma or Adobe XD (flexible).

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with enterprise-grade platforms.

  • Familiarity with hardware-integrated software products.
