UI/UX Designer

Job Summary

We are seeking a talented and innovative UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic product development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating engaging, user-centered digital experiences across web and mobile platforms. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into intuitive interfaces, ensuring usability, accessibility, and aesthetic appeal. The UI/UX Designer will play a key role in shaping the visual and interaction design of our products, including e-commerce platforms, mobile applications, and enterprise solutions, utilizing industry-standard tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs using tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, and InVision to communicate design concepts effectively.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions and enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather requirements and define user flows that align with business goals.
• Create information architecture, layout designs, and interaction models that optimize usability across various devices including desktops, tablets, and mobile devices.
• Apply design thinking principles to solve complex user problems through innovative solutions.
• Ensure web accessibility standards are met to provide inclusive experiences for all users.
• Utilize data visualization techniques and analytics tools such as Google Analytics 360 and Adobe Analytics to monitor user engagement and improve designs accordingly.
• Implement responsive web design principles using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, SCSS, JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular to ensure seamless user experiences across platforms.
• Stay current with industry trends in digital design, UI/UX best practices, and emerging technologies such as motion graphics with Adobe After Effects or Unity for interactive experiences.
• Support product development lifecycle (SDLC) by participating in requirements gathering, user acceptance testing (UAT), A/B testing (using Adobe Target or similar tools), and iterative design improvements.

Skills

• Strong proficiency in UI/UX design tools including Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Adobe XD, InVision, Axure, Balsamiq, Zeplin.
• Extensive experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML5, CSS3 (including Less/SCSS), JavaScript frameworks like React or Angular.
• Knowledge of web accessibility standards (WCAG) and responsive web design techniques for mobile devices.
• Familiarity with product development methodologies including Agile/Scrum processes.
• Ability to conduct user research & analysis skills to inform data-driven design decisions.
• Expertise in creating wireframes, prototypes, user flows, information architecture diagrams using tools like Visio or Omnigraffle.
• Experience with analytics platforms such as Google Analytics 360 or Adobe Analytics for measuring UX effectiveness.
• Understanding of APIs (RESTful API), web services integration for seamless data exchange within applications.
• Strong layout design skills combined with a keen eye for visual aesthetics and motion graphics when applicable.
• Knowledge of design patterns and usability principles to craft intuitive interfaces that meet business requirements.
• Excellent communication skills to articulate design concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
