Position Summary:

The Client Service Administrator plays a vital role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and providing outstanding support to both clients and internal staff. You will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating client engagements, and supporting the accounting team in delivering an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client portal and administer other firm software
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for client communications via phone, email, and in-person while ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer service in all client interactions
  • Manage client onboarding, including the collection of required documentation and data entry into firm systems
  • Assist with the preparation and distribution of client deliverables
  • Maintain and update client records and ensure all documentation is filed in accordance with firm policies
  • Other administrative tasks as required

Experience and Qualifications:

  • Tech savvy
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and comfortable learning new software systems
  • Experience with accounting or tax software
  • Draft, edit, and format documents and reports
  • Previous administrative or customer service experience, ideally within a professional services or accounting environment
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
