Job Title: SAP Technical Lead – ABAP, BTP & Integration (S/4HANA Environment)

Type: Contract

Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Ontario, & Montreal, Quebec, Canada

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of SAP technical solutions across modules (ABAP, BTP, Integration).
  • Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
  • Review code, ensure adherence to best practices, and guide developers on performance optimization.
  • Manage technical upgrades, enhancements, and interface developments with third-party systems.
  • Provide technical leadership during project phases — design, build, testing, and deployment.

Requirements:

  • 6–8 years of SAP technical experience, including at least 2 years in a lead role.
  • Strong expertise in SAP ABAP, OData, SAP BTP, and integration technologies (PI/PO or CPI).
  • Experience in S/4HANA environment with exposure to Fiori/UI5.
  • Good understanding of business processes in the utility or gas industry.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with the ability to coordinate across global teams.
