Job Overview

Fresh Brand Gear is looking for a friendly, reliable, and versatile Front End Customer Support Associate to join our team. This role is the first point of contact for customers and plays a key part in keeping our daily operations running smoothly. If you enjoy variety in your work, helping customers, and supporting a fast-paced production environment, this could be a great fit.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in person, by phone, and via email
  • Act as receptionist and manage front-end communications
  • Provide excellent customer support and resolve basic inquiries
  • Perform general administrative duties and data entry
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front office and common areas
  • Receive incoming goods and assist with inventory handling
  • Support production tasks such as heat pressing and general production assistance
  • Assist other departments as needed to meet daily business needs
  • Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Comfortable answering phones and responding to emails professionally
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment
  • Willingness to help across departments and learn new skills
  • Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
  • Prior customer service or administrative experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule

  • Monday through Friday
  • 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
