We’re looking for a Front-End Engineer who wants to go all-in. Someone who sees product not as tickets, but as a craft. Someone who knows that great user experience is built through fast iteration, long hours, tough calls, and relentless focus. You’ll own key parts of the UI, work directly with the founding team, and push real product live; week in, week out. This is a seat at the core of the company. No passengers. No coasting. What You’ll Do Ship critical product features in React + TypeScript Own sections of our Web App, polish edge cases, and challenge designs when required Work closely with design and back end to move ideas into code Contribute to and scale our front-end system as we add new modules to our platform Test what matters, profile what’s slow, and constantly raise the bar Ideate, iterate, and debug live with the team; even if it’s 9PM on a Friday Who You Are 3+ years building production React apps Fluent in TypeScript , state management, and performance tuning Care deeply about the details — load time, UX and edge cases Write clean, tested, maintainable code in a monorepo setup — even under pressure Relentless: “done” means it’s in prod, used by customers, and working Founder-speed mindset : you put in the effort it takes to win Strong communicator who works well in a fast, direct, in-person team Bonus: fintech experience or experience in another industry where some features just can’t start failing randomly, this is not a gym planning app. Let's Be Honest This isn’t a lifestyle job.
