Information Technology Project Manager

The role involves the following tasks and responsibilities:

• Lead Offer Creation Projects from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery meets business case objectives.
• Achieve stakeholder satisfaction while maintaining high quality standards and adhering to time-to-market targets.
• Manage product and project costs within committed goals.
• Define and manage project budget, resources, and schedule.
• Drive compliance with Offer Lifecycle Management (OLM) process, quality procedures, and cybersecurity certifications.
• Collaborate with offer managers to align service offers with strategic initiatives and business growth targets.
• Organize, lead, and drive project teams while coordinating with global cross-functional stakeholders across multiple time zones.
• Identify risks and issues, and manage corrective action plans.
• Prepare and deliver clear, concise project reports and presentations to management teams.
• Participate in quarterly planning sessions, providing insights on timelines, resource allocation, and strategic priorities.
• Support administrative activities, including managing development tools and overseeing subcontractor timesheets and invoice processing.

| What do we expect from you ?

The minimum required skills necessary for this role:

• Education: Engineering degree
• 1–3 years of professional experience in project or program management.
• Strong communication skills with assertive leadership capabilities.
• Familiarity with PMP principles and Agile development frameworks (certification is an asset).
• Highly organized, structured, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to influence without formal authority and lead cross-functional teams.
• Flexibility to work across multiple time zones.
• Fluency in English; French is considered an asset.

Is considered as an asset

• PMP or Agile certifications.
• Experience in global project management.
• Background in software development, assets, or R&D environments.
• Ability to manage multiple small projects and scale responsibilities.
• Strong presentation and stakeholder management skills.
