Job Overview

We are seeking a General Manager to oversee our Senior Services Moving Company daily operations. Our company specializes in supporting seniors downsizing homes, decluttering, moving to and within senior care complexes, and prepping homes for resale. This role requires a hands-on approach to managing daily operations, including quoting services, hiring team members, managing daily work schedules, adhering to quality and cleanliness standards, and ensuring a compassionate and stress free experience for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and maintain relationships with care home facilities.
  • Manage the job schedule, ensuring adequate staffing for each job.
  • Supervise staff, including hiring, training, and performance monitoring.
  • Maintain high standards of customer service and address any guest concerns promptly.
  • Ensure compliance with safe lifting and material handling procedures.
  • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
  • Drive the 3/4 ton truck and 20' trailer.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
