About the Role

Q4 is seeking a strategic Principal Product Manager to own and transform Q4's IR Web product—our flagship offering serving 2,000+ public companies globally. This is a high-impact role where you'll drive the evolution of IR websites from traditional web properties to AI-ready disclosure platforms.

The opportunity is significant. As AI platforms increasingly mediate how investors discover and consume information, IR websites must evolve. Companies that control their narrative will be those whose content is structured, discoverable, and authoritative. Q4 is uniquely positioned to lead this transformation—and you'll be at the center of it.

You'll own the product strategy, commercial outcomes, and cross-functional execution for a $35M ARR product line. You'll inherit momentum from a successful SaaS transformation initiative and accelerate it further—driving platform adoption while building the next generation of AI-powered capabilities that keep Q4 ahead of the market.

This role reports to the Senior Director of Product Management and works closely with executive leadership, including the CTO and Chief Strategy Officer.

What You'll Do

Product Strategy & Execution

  • Own and evolve the IR Web product roadmap, balancing customer migration priorities with next-generation AI capabilities

  • Lead the transformation of IR websites into AI-ready disclosure platforms - ensuring customer content is discoverable, citable, and authoritative across AI search and research tools

  • Drive platform adoption: migrate 1,200+ customers from legacy systems to modern SaaS while delivering measurable value at each stage

  • Define product success metrics beyond traditional product analytics: adoption rates, implementation efficiency, customer satisfaction scores, platform usage patterns

  • Lead discovery to validate new capabilities (website functionalities, content generation, investor-facing AI tools) before committing engineering resources

Commercial Leadership & Go-to-Market

  • Own P&L outcomes for a $35M product line—make trade-off decisions that balance customer value with business sustainability

  • Build compelling business cases for strategic investments, quantifying opportunities against adjacent markets

  • Partner with GTM teams to translate platform capabilities into sales wins, positioning Q4 as the modern alternative to legacy disclosure infrastructure

  • Drive pricing and packaging strategy that accelerates migration and captures value from new capabilities

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Lead 1-2 product squads through complex initiatives with strong influence skills, driving alignment and results without direct authority

  • Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions on aggressive timelines

  • Collaborate with Operations teams to transform service-led processes into product-led, self-service experiences

  • Track and communicate business impact metrics: revenue influence, win rates, customer retention, and operational cost savings

  • Champion a "whole product" approach—covering not just software, but also services, packaging, pricing models, and business performance

Qualifications
  • 6+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS with proven track record of driving adoption at scale

  • Demonstrated success leading platform migrations or large-scale customer transformation initiatives

  • Strong commercial acumen - experience owning P&L outcomes, building business cases, and partnering with GTM teams

  • Hands-on execution capability: you'll personally handle customer escalations, write PRDs, and drive sprint-level decisions

  • Exceptional communication skills across all levels - from engineers to C-suite executives

  • High energy, bias for action, and comfort with ambiguity in fast-paced environments

  • Data-driven decision maker who can translate insights derived from large data sets into product priorities

  • Nice to have: Experience with AI/automation integration in enterprise products, web technologies, content management systems, accessibility standards

Why Q4?

We offer a variety of benefits to ensure you can always work hard and have fun:

  • Peace of Mind & Family – Flexible benefit plans, wellness, lifestyle and parental leave top-up if you have a growing family

  • Wellness & Life – Flexible paid time off and benefit program, retirement plans, 30-day work-from-anywhere program, and a flexible work environment

  • Unlock Your Potential – Learning allowance, mentorship, leadership forums, and gig programs

We believe in the power of collective greatness.

At Q4, we embrace diverse perspectives and experiences as the driving force behind innovation and problem-solving. We envision Q4 to reflect the global community we serve, empowering representation and opportunity at all levels. Think you have what it takes, but not sure you check every box? Apply to the role anyway—we'd love to talk.

Should you require any accommodations prior to or during the interview process, please let our Recruitment team know.
