At Rolling Tides, our values are more than words — they're our daily blueprint:
- Raise the Bar – We pursue excellence in every detail.
- Win Together – Success is shared through teamwork and trust.
- Do the Right Thing – Integrity and transparency guide every decision.
- Own It – We're accountable for our work and our word.

These principles shape how we lead, build, and serve. They define what it means to work with Rolling Tides — and to represent it.
The Role
As a Lead Hand, you'll support the Site Supervisor in running day-to-day operations, coordinating the Rolling Tides labour team, and maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient site. You'll lead by example — reinforcing safety, organization, and professionalism while ensuring work stays aligned with project schedules and budgets.
How Success Will Be Measured: 5 Key Deliverables
1. Site Readiness & Organization
Keep the job site clean, stocked, and inspection-ready. Maintain trailer inventory (fasteners, consumables, safety gear), complete weekly Site Cleanliness Forms in SALUS, and uphold site presentation and safety standards.
2. Safety Compliance & Inspections
Lead by example in enforcing Rolling Tides' safety program. Complete FLHA forms daily, Site Inspections weekly, Scaffold inspections, and proactively report incidents and near misses in SALUS.
3. Labour Force Leadership, Coordination & Efficiency
Direct and support the labour team to meet project schedules and budget goals. Assign daily tasks, track productivity and labour hours, and assist with sequencing and trade coordination. Communicate potential schedule or cost risks early and propose solutions.
4. Reporting & Communication
Keep communication consistent and documentation up to date. Maintain GSR reports biweekly, record daily progress, and flag issues to the Site Supervisor. Support accurate field reporting in Procore and Google Drive.
5. Upholding Company Values & Standards
Act as a field-level ambassador of Rolling Tides' culture. Demonstrate accountability, respect, and reliability. Model the company's six core values in every interaction and decision.
